I had to go home and re-play every LTD album I had. He jumped, ran, funked, and dunked on everyone that was in attendance. The only thing that made this show worth while was the unexpected showmanship of a 75 year old Jeffery Osbourne. Next he brings up a sax player to play the next 2 songs, I thought I was at a Yoni concert, mixed with a Carnival Cruise Lines show on the Leido Deck. The next song Charlie Wilson states, "I just had back surgery but I felt guilty to cancel on you all so came anyways to play!" Ok, you knew the date of your surgery and the date of this concert, and that you could not perform. After song number 3 he says "I am only going give back to you what you give to me!" Ok, I start clapping and screaming at the top of my voice. When Charlie Wilson came on noticed he was behind a piano. I was in the parking lot at 6:30 and the doors didn't open till 7:30, walking in to the last song of the first act. Next I went to the Smart financial Center for the show early for Mother's Day. Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land - Sugar Landįirst let me start by saying I love Charlie Wilson. ![]()
